Constraint Programming looks to be really powerful way to work on algorythmic music

Gecode seems to be really great, did anybody know where can i download the mgeco.mxo external? ( or the bach.mgeco.mxo )

I'm interested by any way of integrated constraint programming in Max

The bach library ( www.bachproject.net ) already contains a solver for constraint satisfaction problems - but it is not documented yet. For the next major version of bach (scheduled to appear in some months) the object will be greatly improved, and documented. If you're interested in it, you can download bach from the website and I can give you an example patch.
