I never had a mac and know very little about using it..

Is it a small technical issue to convert a Pc .amxd file to a Mac? 

Suppose I know someone that use Live Mac with M4L, 

is it just a meter of copy and paste thing and some intuitive adjustments? Or maybe not at all?

How does that kind of process could lock like ?
