Hi, I have a new behaviour occurring which is v. bad.

If I start Max, open the jit.gl.text2d help,

then click on the umenu at the bottom left holding the font list,

It is probably a problem with your fonts.

I remember Max 4.6 only recognize TrueType.

It doesn't crash for me (MacBook pro, leopard). Please send detailed

Thanks for the suggestions, sent a crashfile to support.

I found a workaround, use "mode 2" on the umenu.

This wouldn't be so bad if you just opensourced max :-)

This sort of thing is why I hate commercial tools; dead in the water with no hope but to propitiate the coder gods. or their managers. next project uses OpenSG, thanks.
