let's say i am trying to import a picture into a jit.gl.texture. the size of the picture is 1920x1080 for example.

i want then to send this texture to a jit.gl.videoplane that is a square (700x700), what i am trying to do here is to have the texture being displayed in this square without being resized (cropped) and then use an offset to move the picture inside this square. Any good way to do this? i have been searching the forum found a dozen of jit.gl.pix but nothing was working for this.
