about the upgrade for max of live owners to max/msp/jitter

i have order the upgrade to max/msp/jitter with my max for live ownership last week. since the order nothing have changed. i am waiting all the while for my serial key via email. all my requests about the order by contacting the support, sales order and challange did not answered. i find this a little bold.

is it so severely that need so much time to verify my max for live ownership with ableton?

i am curious about if something doing before 24. december...

i have order the upgrade to max/msp/jitter with my max for live ownership last week. since the order nothing have changed. i am waiting all the while for my serial key via email.  all my requests about the order by contacting the support, sales order and challange did not answered. i find this a little bold.
