Finally, I found a way out. 
Here is the patch and its help file.

There's a DBAP mode in spat5.pan, but it's missing rolloff...

As a replacement I used spat5.pan @initwith "/panning/type knn"

playing with /source/1/neighbors/exponent attribute gives me some very similar result.

anyway, it's very cool and useful to have a clean Max patch alternative ; thanks !

Hi there, thanks a lot for sharing. When i work with the default arguments (16 1 1) of the fxwDBAP Object everything runs fine but as i change any of the arguments (8 1 3 in my case) the fxwDBAP Object stops working/generating output. Am i doing something wrong?
