Hello forum,

I've been using this fffb~ setup as a quick eq for a while now, but it dosen't sound very transparent (which is what I want). I started playing around with filterdesign to try and work out a 4-band eq. Now, I know very little about eq design, but thought I would try and find some passbands which crossed over evenly.

How is this normally done and what are the rules? What do you do for simple eq like this?

Here is the test patch I was playing with. Max 6 only because of filterdesign.
