I'm disabled musician living in Berkeley, who has a neurological misfire, which prevents me from having the fine motor control of my hands, to make instrumental music with them.
I have however, been able to record music by sending my voice through a Line 6 FM4 Guitar Synthesizer pedal,
which when processed through different effects plugins, gives me a reasonable palette of synth sounds to work with.
The FM4 can also turn my voice into a simple, sharp, theremin like, sine wave, which I've experimented with using as an audio source for Pitch to Midi conversion, through various software, and hardware converters, with pretty dismal results.
Even using a Sonuus I2M, I found Midi to be a poor medium to track the liquid legato sound of the human voice.
I've had way more success sending the sound from my FM4 into Reason's Bitspeek Rack Extension, which converts it into Propellerhead's, "Virtual CV"which then can control the Subtractor synthesizer.
I'm contacting you all, because I'm interested in hiring someone to create a Max patch, that would translate the sounds from my guitar synthesizer into,"Open Sound Control," which I could then use to control Reaktor synths, which supports OSC.
If this is something you feel you can do, please hit me back, and let's talk time and money.
Many Many Thanks,
