Drumrack Mute Solo to Midi

The Drumrack Mute and Solo function only works on audiostreams which renders it nonfunctional when used on VST Plugins or external Drummachines. I wonder if there is a way to access the Mute and Solo function on the drumrack via MaxforLive. There seems to be a way because in the Library i found a Solo helper device which kindof does that for solo in a complicated way (which i didnt fully understood) but i find mute even more important. Does anyone know how to do it and hint me in the right direction?

Hmm, played around with http://www.maxforlive.com/library/device/2604/dr-helper a bit and what i am basically looking for is that device with 16 channels and Mute and Solo functions. But i think dropping 32 devices into a drum rack to handle Mute Solo plus 16 external instruments and 16 control devices blows up the intended drumrack up anyways, so it maybe is better to get used to not having this.

I couldnt resist getting at least the mute function to work.

Ok, i have this device which provides 8 dials to control parameters in Reasons Kong bidirectionally (doesnt matter if i turn a knob in Kong or on the device - the other one gets updated). It sits on every one of 16 Pads in a DrumRack. Now i would like to get hold of the Pads (on which the device sits) Mute Status and according to that route Midi Notes through or not.
I have watched a couple of tutorial on Live Path and Observer and have added the Path to the Mute (actually the mixer_device chain_activator because i wasnt able to readout the actual mute button) and i get the id but i don't get hold of the value. If i would get hold of the value and make the mute work this would simplify the whole Kong Patch Alot and would make it more seamless in Push.
