Electronic Music and Sound Design Volume 3
Hi,
I'm posting this here because I can't get an answer from the publishers web site (which doesn't appear to have been updated since 2015), the series own web site has seen no activity since 2016.
I'm hoping that possibly David Zicarelli or anybody else in the know can tell me if a third volume is still in the pipeline or has been shelved? I'm seriously considering purchasing Max and both Vols so far but would really prefer only to invest in the books if I can obtain all 3 volumes.

Thank you, found my answer (May 2021, probably). Having read sample chapters of vols 1/2 I'll definitely be purchasing all 3, plus the software (obviously). Had fun with the demo.
BTW, the books are absolutely worth it without Vol 3. It's not your left hanging with incomplete coverage. I like them so much, I've bought them twice! (Max 6 and then Max 8) Most people agree these two books are the best max resources out there.

For what it’s worth, I think the revised translation for EMaSDv3 is underway as of this week, so…
However long that takes.
Given that it’s a “revision” of the (presumably finished first draft) English translation, I would t be surprised to see this out within 3 or 4 months depending on the publishing…
Any updates about the English version?

It's not only Amazon, many other online bookstores are selling it, like Barnes and Noble, etc...Soon an iBook will be available too...
Can't wait for it to arrive! Well, to be accurate, I bloody well can because .... Amazon Canada seems to think I'm in a "tertiary market". But sure am looking forward to it! :-)
