eq notch pitch follower

So I wanted to create a device that tracks the pitch of a track in live (i used sigmund~), then the data of the loudest partial/frequency is used to notch out that same frequency in another track in live. For a separation production tool.

But max's inability to send and receive audio between devices is a stumbling block

any ideas?
