it does not matter how old it is if it is running windows 10,

what matters is if Visual Basic Runtime is installed or not.

I am not at home, have no PC, and also no time to search,

but here on the forum there are plenty of posts dealing with missing VB Runtime DLL's 

1 post which shell version you use
