Error: jit.qt.grab: could not create video channel -9405
Hi all!
We're having problems capturing videos with three different cam's. We're using Windows XP and trying with a Logitech Quickcam (USB), a Unibrain Fire-I cam (firewire) and a Sony DV cam (firewire). But all of them create the message:
"Error: jit.qt.grab: could not create video channel -9405"
We have been reading all of the other topics but haven't gotten any help there. The max/msp part is version 4.5.6 and the jitter part is a demo version 1.5.2 (but we have the full last version.
I've attached the patch as a picture, for you guys to look at it.
Please help us!

Dollars to doughnuts, you have no quicktime vdig installed. Currently,
the free vdig from vdig.com is totally broken under QuickTime 7, as far
as I've tested. The other one works fine. Info in the jit.qt.grab help
patch.

Hi,
I think that with winXP you should try with jit.dx.grab, it will work better
