Fade-in and Fade-out
I am a newbie to the Max/MSP world. I am trying to figure out how to create a simple fade-in and fade-out that I can attach to buffers as they playback, to avoid unwanted artifacts or clipping.
Any suggestions?
check the [line~] object
here is a little fade-in example, i let you figure out the fade-out ;)

*~ can act as the gain element, and line~ can act as the envelope.

The most simple one is trapezoid~ if you play back with groove~, but it
will get more complicated if you want to play loops... (Then adsr~ or
line~ with some extra logic is better...)
