yes, it's a cycling pluggo plugin, so i don't believe there is an 'official' maxpatch version flying around (yet).
i don't know, whether i should say this here, but since pluggo is about to pass away (which is a shame!) and someone from cycling said, that the patch sources of the plugins might be released in the future anyway, it might be worth mentioning, that the file format of the vst plugins made with pluggo is very similar to the max4 collective format - which is not copy&pasteable like the new format (as has been discussed), but isn't heavily protected either.
that being said, it's not overly complicated to 'extract' the maxpatch sources from pluggo plugins.
however, most of the pluggos by cycling seem to have an additional level of obfuscation of the binary files built in. (un)fortunately feedback network isn't one of those.

what i want to say is, if you need this desperately and can't wait for cycling to release the original patches, you could get a little adventurous and try yourself. it's all there. you might even find, this is more fun than doing sudokus.
