FFTease Windows externals for Max for Live?

Hey everyone,

I’m currently bringing one of my experimental DSP systems into Max for Live and I just realized something that confused me a bit regarding FFTease externals.

When I freeze/consolidate the device on macOS, Max correctly embeds:

fftz.dentist~.mxo

but of course it only includes the Mac binary. I initially thought freezing maybe handled cross-platform externals automatically, but now I understand it doesn’t generate or include the Windows .mxe64 unless you already have it.

I checked the FFTease GitHub and couldn’t really find updated Windows binaries. I also found old forum references to a FFTease3.0PackageWIN.zip but I can’t seem to locate it anywhere anymore.

Has anyone here recently distributed FFTease-based M4L devices on both Mac and Windows?
Or compiled the current FFTease version for Windows successfully?

Just trying to understand the cleanest workflow before release.

I noticed that the file is actually included inside the official package, so I assume that by consolidating and freezing the device, Max should automatically include it inside the .amxd file. Can anyone confirm this?

Thanks,
