Accidentally deleted my max 6 serial code with an email cleanup.

From what I've understood sending an e-mail to serialnumber@cycling74.com and asking for it should do the trick, its just weird that when i now go to the "shop" that I don't have a shop login where I can find all my serial codes for products.

Its like theres no history of the products I've bought. :(

Could somebody point out what I'm missing ?

Part of our big system change was to move away from the old shopping setup which is what you are remembering. Now you have a single login you use here to participate in the forums and to manage your Max account. We are happy to provide you with your Max 6 serial number.
