Free Conceptual Wavetable Synth for M4L and Quick Survey, testers needed!
Hi everyone, good to become part of the forum and look forward to getting to know people on here!
I'm a Uni Student and as part of my dissertation i've made a unique wavetable synthesiser for max for live,
it is unique in that you can also use dedicated wavetables to control modulation (so you can make the cutoff follow the shape of a drumbeat for example).
I'd really appreciate it if as many people could give my product a go and complete a quick survey so that i can know what you all think of it, you'd all be doing me a great favour and hopefully you'll enjoy the synth as well!
The synth can be downloaded from here:

and the survey found here:

thank you so much in advance for anyone who gets involved! :)
As someone who struggled to get any feedback on his own Max-based dissertation project, might I suggest you post the patch as well as the Live device? Not everyone here is a Live user ;-)
Cheers
Roger

I would be interested to see it (and comment) but I don't use M4L. Unless of course M4L functionality is key to your thesis Ridmik . . .
hi,
i gave it a short try, here´s a couple of things i noticed:
the resonance goes in selfoscillation even with the second lowest value possible, not sure if that´s ment to be?
if this thing is ment to sound strange then it´s well done, whatever i put in there sounds noisy as hell, even without FM or wild modulations, i´m not sure if it´s good to have to load waves all over the place to get a sound out of it, maybe you should include a handfull of presets? just to let the users know what it´s capable of.
cheers
I may be late but i would love to check out. Tried link yesterday and today and it wont let me download.
thanks
