Gate for jit.anime.node
Hi all. I'm trying to find a way to be able break a node inside of either a graph or matrix system (not a patch window) basically I wish to have a gate or switch between jit.anime.node yet as soon as you add a gate or switch the node attachment is broken and the two objects part, regardless of the gates current state. Has anyone found a way round this. This problem also occurs if you try to attach two nodes through a send and receive system.
[gate] won't ever work for that purpose. You have to find a gl way to do this. Same for send/receive.
edit : i'm not sure anymore.
I'm not to savvy in the gl world. Helping a friend for an art project, trying to save on screen estate really but figured may serve for later purpose, will look into gl objects further :)
just use the @anim attribute to set/break connections, instead of patch cords.
