your counter counts only 'til 1 - sel 2 and 3 will therefore never trigger....

?, the counter counts of 0 to X, in example of 0 to 1 because no need trigger sel 2 and 3,

only trigger the sequence of; sel 0, sel 1, sel 0 occurs the silence want to avoid
