Getting audio levels from video texture used in jit.gl.plato

    Essentially I've got 3 shapes textured using 3 different videos. I want the audio of the video textures to control the positioning of the shapes.
    I can hear the audio from the videos playing but have no idea how to get the levels into max. Sound plays even when ezdac is off.
    I could make muted duplicates of the videos to play back just for the audio but there must be an easier way, right?

      take a look at the jit.movie~ object. this will allow you to route your movies audio through MSP

      Hi Rob, I thought I'd reply here to see if it gets any traction, as my post has not seen any responses. Audio won't play through Max for Live using jit.movie~. Ideas?
