This is my first forum post. apologies if I have poorly followed form, or done anything here incorrectly!
I've been working on my Max patch, and have come across a bit of a brick wall with implementing the "boids3d" object within my patch:
My idea is to attach a sound file (one granule) to each "boid". I am hoping to link the position of the boid to volumes and paning rules...
Although I have tried to attach an "unpack" to the boid object, to get the coordinates/information of each seperate "boid", it does not seem to help get the individual values.
Is this even possible?
There is also the point of attraction which i will be mapping to my input, but I feel confident at the moment linking that to the mapping which I have already implemented.
