[Help Request] Parsing XML in Max 7 or importing XML from a website into Max 7.

Hey guys, new to Max but been using Pd for a couple years and just made the switch. I'd like to import weather data that is in XML form:

I came across sadamlib's RapidXML port but I'm having trouble getting the package into Max 7 (see screenshots) - I thought this might be because it is outdated but I found forum posts of people still using it earlier in 2017 so it must be the way I installed it... All I did was drag the folder to /Documents/Max 7/Packages/sadamlib. but when I go to make the RapidXML object it does not show up in Max (screenshot).

I decided at this point to give up on importing XML via a webpage and tried to find out how I could maybe parse it from an XML file into Max, I found the xml.parse object but I'm getting what seems to be a Java error (screenshot), even after installing the latest JRE and rebooting (I'm running on Mac OS Sierra if that helps).
