Hello - I startet a monthly subscription for MaxMSP some time ago - and I want to cancel my monthly pay - because I don´t use it at the moment, but I can´t seem to figure out how!

I have a 12month academic subscription, but the uni don't want it to be on auto-renewal as it's their policy to re-assess each payment. Is there a way to keep the subscription but turn off the auto-renewal. If i cancel it will i lose my remaining time?
