How to control Plugin parameters

Hey everyone,

I want to be able to control my Max patch's plugin parameters so I don't have to set them everytime I open my patch.

How does one do that? (I'll attach a picture of the plugins I'm using)

Also, when exporting a patch as an application, can one use third party plugins? Or will the 3rd party using the application have to have licenses for the 3rd party plugins? I'm using Native Instruments plugins for some parts of my patch.
