I've noticed that the object 'adoutput~' can receive the signal from physical output. But , it seems can only receive the physical output creates from Max/Msp ,not all of the audio output created from physical output,such as built-in output . Does anyone know how to receive all the audio output ?

The case is I hope to monitor the phase and level of output from website、audio player..

Soundflower and JACK are the two usual ways for rerouting built-in audio I/O.

Soundflower should be available on this Web site (although I think it is not actually supported by C74 any more). The JACK Audio Connection Kit is at jackaudio.org.
