i have a question and i hope anyone has a solution!

i want to import external datasets to max msp to manipulate a few parameters.

there is a excl file with numbers and this numbers should manipulate my frequency parameter of my cycle object.

The excl file is from a biofeed back of a research study and I want to use the max patch as sonification.

How I update the numbers for example I want that the frequency parameter chances every 3 seconds and get the next number of my excl table?
