increasing number values in a range

Hi,

I am quite new to Max.. so hope to receive some help from here..

I need to output an increasing numbers from ascending order, and within in a fixed range of numbers.

For example, 50 to 100 is the range of numbers i have set. what object or argument can i use so that when i output it to an number box, i will see the numbers in the number box gaining from 50,51,52,53,54,55 and so on up to 100? and which the speed of the gaining i can control too?
