I am currently building a patch that will allow the user to talk to spotify. I don't need to bring the audio into the patch itself, I just want to open Spotify and point to a specific artist or song using search fields in my patch. I am currently looking into the spotify API, and I know messages can be sent to twitter from MAX, so I was curious if anyone has experience with this. Thanks, Cheers!

I am thinking of something similar, but actually getting audio in. You will need to compile max objects involving spotify api.

Did you guys by chance manage to interface with Spotify?

10 years later I would also like to know if this was achieved! The release of the node objects with Max a few years back surely helped, but I am still struggling! I have managed to get in to the Spotify API through Max, but am currently unable to send messages.
