Thanks to Raja for the first port. This is now working 100% like the external (apart from the argument).

Any comments welcome. G&T can be sent too. Raja will let all know what he wants.

On my system (OSX.9.5, Max7.2.1), ipoke~_in_gen~.maxhelp uses more than 40% CPU while ipoke~.maxhelp needs only 4%!
On a more powerfull Mac I have, but with the same OS and Max version, the gen version of the help file also needs more than 30% CPU!

Sorry for the necropost, but I was curious about something I saw in the ipoke~-for-gen~.maxhelp file. The comment "this is not an error: it is a dirty trick to force the read before the write in the dsp chain..." next to a [*~ 0.] object. I was just curious how this works.

Having great fun with ipoke~

Two questions:
What can I do when I have to many iterations coming from gen~ ?
I am using two ipoke~ in my patch and these are the only gen~ objects.

Another thing is that in overdub mode, sometimes the volume gets really boosted, up to overdrive, why is this and how can I stop this behaviour?

Thanks!
