I was messing with jit.gl.materials many inlets the other day to do some fun heightmap stuff and stumbled onto an effect where a negative amplitute of my heightmap texture erased the parts of the shape . I thought would be easy enough to recreate, but i cannot. Anyway maybe someone on the forum knows what im talking about. It was a nice way to break up the regular shapes of the objects.

Is it possible to use a noise texture to erase parts of a geometry shape through gl.material?
