this is my question (^_^) is possible remove a reverb with max msp? if someone know about a patch please share!

Technically, it's kind of possible to remove reverb from dialogue with something like CEDAR DNS ... but the day someone builds that in max/msp, I'll be more than amazed ...

There's the SPL DeVerb, which I think takes an envelope-shaping approach that would be much more achievable than however CEDAR does it. I have not heard this one in use so I don't know how effective it is.

Maybe it could be enough with a Gate and filters in hi frequency?

I have found using a noise reduction process like the one in IZotope RX can be very effective with removing reverb. I usually sample/learn a section of the reverb and then process the file. it works pretty well on drums.

i know one vst that more or less remove the reverb, but i would like to see one in max msp and to understand the patch.
