Ok I know this has been asked before, and I've tried to read the threads, but they are so full of back and forth on details and people having issues that I can't parse them into a simple "yes" or "no". :-/ So I'm thinking it would be helpful for those of us contemplating trying this to know whether it's practical in April 2020. So..

1) Can we get a standalone released such that someone can easily download and run, on Catalina?

2) Can we do the above, through the App Store?

The purpose of this post is to just get definitive boolean answers. I.e. "Yup I managed, as of this date" or "no, I tried, I have no hair left and man I need a drink now, as of this date". :-)
