Is there a way to trigger a MAX/RNBO patch from as website and provide it csv file data?

For a study project I had an idea to create a website, that with the aid of software, plays audio files that are triggered by data that is being entered by a user.
I though of adding several with several data dropdown list (date, time of day, and id) on the website, that will trigger a max patch. Based on the data input the MAX patch should then filter a dataset from a csv file ,which should in turn form the input the Max patch. Depending on the de amount of records and time of day, the software should then route the different audio files. The outcome should be played on the website.

Can you please tell me if there are examples of projects that are similar to what I envision? Can you provide me any suggestions on where I can start or whether there are some examples of code that might be useful?
