jit.qt.movie: error parsing spigot~ cue data

Hi ,

Has anyone come across this error? I'm using the spigot~ object and loop points. And I get this error about 4 times every time I switch the loop points.

I saw a post from about 3 years ago about this very topic, but I haven't been able to figure it out.

Thanks.

another three years later, but still encountering the same problem... i'm using max 5 though. is this fixable in 5 and is it fixed in 6? anyone an idea?

my advice is to use buffer~/groove~ or sfplay~ to load the sound file, and sync the movie playback to that via the sync signal outlet.

Rob is as usual, right. Ever since some changes to Quicktime some years ago, spigot~ hasn't worked very well. I haven't used it in ages.
