Jitter / FTM frequency content display

    Hello,
    I would like to solve a basic problem but I am a beginner with Jitter or FTM, so I would like to get some help from you.
    Here is my problem :
    - I am receiving accelerometers / magnetometers data (Sampling rate 200 Hz) - I would like to store them in a matrix or something similar (coll ?) (for the moment I would like to store little parts of movements, 2 seconds or a little more so 512 samples or 1024 for example). - Then I would like to get the frequency content of the matrix (FFT and time frequency plan) - I would like to display it to like a time-frequency card on a screen like LCD to analyse the frequency contents of my movements
    I am aware that it is a basic problem, I just want some ideas which will lead me to the solution. I am currently reading the FTM tutorials.

      Hello,
      is it better to store a continuous stream of data in a coll or in a 1D matrix ?

      Here is my 1st attempt :
      It works with char in jit.matrix but I would like to store floats, but jit.pwindow does not display it when I use float32 in jit.matrix. Any ideas ?
      Now I would like to get FFT on the freq matrix, could someone give me a startpoint ?

      My goal is to achieve something similar to Jean François Charles's work :
      but I would like the accelerometer values to be the input and not a sound from microphone or a sound file.

      I would like to know how can I make pfft work with a 1D matrix containing stream of data (512 length) as it can be seen above :
      Any ideas ?
