Jitter output as webcam?

I'd like to process two webcam inputs in Jitter, then export is as a third webcam so I can import it into Xsplit (a streaming video program).

Here's a diagram, any suggestions?

Try to see if you can stream it and then capture that with xplit.

I think it could be done with jit.qt.broadcast. Not sure though.
