jit.world vertical dimensions limit
I've been using syphon to capture large still images from Jitter for print for the last couple of years. Today, any time I make a jit.world window, the vertical dimensions are constraining to the size of my MacBook screen (the horizontal dimensions are fine) and syphon is cropping my image. I've never seen this before and I can't seem to get by it. MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2021) / Max 9.0.3 (same behaviour in Max8)
This is probably something so simple but I just can't see it. Any help massively appreciated.
Btw, changing the dim of the jit.world while it's set to invisible still has the cropping / constraining behaviour.
the proper way to do this is with the dim attribute of jit.world. You may or may not want to also set @adapt 0 on your jit.gl.node and set the dim of that to the same values.
Thanks Rob. I always thought dim and size were linked in jit.world. I had been having a little success with border set to 0 but I think this has cracked it. Many thanks! ; )
Just back on this issue. I was looking to output a 2000x2000px video and ran into the same issue with the bottom border of the jit.world being cutoff at 1080px no matter the size or dim setting. Setting the jit.world to @border 0 and @rect 0 0 2000 2000 fixed things. Had forgotten to check the 'rect' setting.
