Jonny Greenwood !!

I dont know if anyone has noticed but among all of Jonnys pedals he has some max effects too ( not just the glitchy random guitar effect ) he has a subtle effect that removes the attack of his guitar giving him a slightly REVERSED sound you can hear it mixed in with a phaser in the beginning of the song staircase live from the basement (before they start playing) ANYONE KNOW WHAT OBJECTS I SHOULD LOOK INTO TO MAKE GUITAR EFFECTS

I'm not familiar with the song/tune you mention, but we know Jonny is most famous for his use of Max for live glitch-looping/stuttering. Max is perfect for this so here's some pointers:

Just wanted to say thanks. I got a lot out of this. chucker~ is like the old slice and dice vst from pluggo. can you post your stutter patch? I'd like to look at it to get some ideas.

Thanks!

@roger

as a long time 'forum stalker' I'm surprised I missed this; niiiice! 2d.wave is under-used in my armoury, and I will have to correct that.

ps "TwinPusher" LOL

hello,

sounds to me like a line 6 dl4 on the reverse setting with the digitech whammy pitch shift +1 octave with an filter sweep. i'll whip you up something that does all that at the weekend it should be pretty easy.

Max Patch
Copy patch and select New From Clipboard in Max.

Here's something i've done quickly. It might click as I haven't properly enveloped the loop.

Your patch was helpful. This will be great for forming a max pedalboard with my fcb 1010
