Hi,

Could point me to the right direction to find more informations about saving [pattrstorage] preset on json or xml format.
What is the advantage to save now in json ?
I'm a little bit confuse.
Thx.

They are simply two different text-based structured data formats. If does not matter which one you pick, as long as you do not want to access the data in some other software. In that case you should pick a format supported by that software.

Do I understand as this thread (https://cycling74.com/forums/pattrstorage-trying-to-save-json-files) leads me to believe that M4L requires the use of JSON with pattrstorage?

I don't think so but the parameter features mentioned probably do. As Jeremy says "related to M4L, but not necessarily dependent upon it".

Don't know what the parameter features of pattrstorage is though, the standard docs do not mention them except for the parameter_enable message.
