Kaiser Windows
Has anyone successfully created a Kaiser Window filter patch?
I know that Akira Rabelais had one built into Argeiphontes Lyre, and Soundhack even has one.. but what would be most ideal, was being able to get one to work in max.. just for some room to move. The others seem too restrictive..
Also found this.. but it doesn't make too much sense to me.
Basically I'm trying to build this filter, and run jitter with it, the filtered audio in sync with visuals.
Just curious if anyone had gone through this one..

what do you exactly mean by "kaiser window filter"? a FIR filter
thats has a filter kernel truncated by a kaiser window?
some fft-process where you want to use a kaiser window for windowing?
a kaiser window function is similar to it's cousins (hamming, von
han, blackman etc.) except that it has an adjustable exponential
decay, which makes it interesting for various dsp techniques.
you might want to exand a little on your ideas.
