"How" what? A program like that will have a variety of different components, each requiring some amount of fine-tuning and cobbling together.

So by going through and figuring out each individual element your patch will need you'll have an easier time building it. There isn't a "karaoke" object - but there are text objects, video-player objects, ways to load in text, etc etc.

Jitter Tutorial 30 can help you render 3D text, or see the 'text' tab under the jit.lcd helpfile for a simpler 2D text option. You then simply have to mix or overlay, and stuff like that is in the Jitter tutorials as well.

(you might want to post this type of thing in the jitter forums, otherwise, you'll get answers from folks who don't know anything about jitter but like to pretend they do, myself included ;D)
