Kernel Crash with hi object [10.4.8 Intel]
Hey all,
I've been lurking around the forum for any problems with the hi object or issues with it and 10.4.8 but there is nothing solid to go off of.
My situation is that whenever I instantiate the hi object my computer 'kernel crashes' and I am forced to restart. I have yet to find another object that causes this which confuses me.
I am using Max 4.6.3 on an Intel 10.4.8 MacBook Pro [2.16Ghz, 2GB RAM].
I could really use the help as I am rehearsing my friend's piece for a concert... and the hi object is used to communicate with a logitech dualaxis video-game controller... which essentially is my instrument...

UPDATE: I do have a Gig of third party RAM... so I removed that to see if anything would change... however the hi object still crashed my computer. Hmmm...
