I'm working on a project were I have to create ghost like silhouettes, to do this i'm using the kinect and freenect to track movement then jitter to help create the effect. I have managed to get the freenect to a camera feed (like the jit.grab mac camera) so I can do the jitter elements. I was wondering if this can be done in synapse as I have tired and failed many times using GL and trying to render to martix etc etc. The reason I want to use synapse is so I can use ableton to do some sound triggering and it is much easier to do with synapse than freenect. I don't want a huge patch to be honest or the amount of CPU thas comes with a huge patch as this will also be projected. OpenNi doesn't seem to work for me at all either anymore :(. I have a basic demo patch attached below of the freenect to give you an idea of how I want it to work only with synapse.

Kinect jitter synapse/freenect problem????
