Learnig C++ - need advice!

Hi there.

first, sorry my bad English.

Then, what i need is your help to point me to some books, toturials, software, or anyting about C++ language.

If you have time, describe me what is envolved to do some in C++.

I've Goggle'it and find some thing, but i think that is not all!

So, if you have some advice or you know anything about it, point me in the right direction.

ps: i whant to learn from the "hello world!" to the Operative system ;) (lol but true)
