link~ object not really working perfectly

hi all
I'm having hard times synchronising max-msp link.beat~ object with an Ableton Live session.
The two softwares are running in synch but very often they are not exactly on the same pulse.
i mean: the tempo is the same but the starting point of the bar is often not the same.
It can be out of synch of only a sixteenth note, for exemple.
if i switch off and on again the link~ object , in Max it doesn't wait the beginning of the Bar as it does in Ableton, but it just starts and i think this is the problem.

any ideas ?
