I would appreciate if anyone could help me with a solution. 

I want to create a dropdown menu to select a note value (not a midi-note value; I only want to display a value with enumerated list), each selectable note value has a corresponding integer value and MIDI CC#. 

This is easy enough when each corresponding integer value that corresponds to each list item shares a common devisor, but not all of them do. 

For example: Suppose the enumerated list consists of “Dotted 1/4” “1/8 Trip” 1/8; each corresponding integer is: 2, 4, 8 ; CC# is 70. This is addressed easy enough by [+1] [*2] [append 70] [ctrlout] 

But if the integers are 2, 4, 7, then the solution no longer works.

It would be nice if I could either assign a unique integer to each unique enumerated item, but that does not appear to be an option. 

I have looked around in a few patches that use the live.menu, but all of them use it in a simpler context. I’m building something to control hardware, so I can’t change the CCs.
