Live.dial Bipolar exponential HELP

Steve Rummage's icon

Hi friends, I'd love some help with the patch below...

Ive set up a stereo frequency shifter where turning the bipolar live.dial one way pitches the channels in opposite directions, and vice versa.

But I need a very soft exponential curve on the dial - which I think isn't possible without some extra objects and code... Can anyone help?

Thanks, I cant get scale to work in this situation though. Seems to make a mess of the output numbers

Excellent mate, thanks. Didnt need the split, as both channels needed to go -/+ 1000hz but in opposite directions.

Cheers!

split is there in case you need curve in one or the other direction

from the middle point.

when i am not mistaken you now have wrong Hz values displayed in the GUI.

classic live objects problem. ;)

Correct. I assumed that was as close as it gets, so just disabled the numerical display on live.dial
