I know a few people that are among the best.. but they will not do it for free. Is that what you are looking for?

I'm looking for quality. I'll be able to pay a decent amount, even though the plug will be distributed for free.

http://www.niroku.com/ is an experienced plugin/audio app gui designer (btw site was pretty awesome last time I saw it but I see it's under construction now).
http://www.mgw.net/ (also does www.obscure.ch) is less experienced specifically with audio app guis so will perhaps charge you less :)
both work as web/multimedia designers but are pretty deep into audio stuff.
Oh and look for 'Hymax' on #musicdsp on efnet (IRC) http://www.musicdsp.org/irc.php. I seen -beautiful- softsynth GUI's by him. If you can convince him to do stuff for you, you're a lucky man :)

A guy called Fernando C. Covett did some nice stuff for me; I've lost his e-mail address, but he's responsible for a shareware game called Yexi, which Googles pretty well, so he shouldn't be too hard to track down, Cheers Roger
