Looking for help on M4L Step Sequencer for Livid Code (your work will be paid!)

I am working with Ableton Live and my idea is to create a Max for Live Step Sequencer for the Code v2 for drum programming with the same functionality as Peter Nyboer's Max patch (with the advantage of being in sync with my Ableton Live setup and exchanging sounds from the VST to Ableton Live Instruments).
However, I have only little experience in working with Max or Max for Live, so I already contacted some programmers (I also tried to contact Peter Nyboer with no success as of now). Unfortunately, no one could help me on this project so far. It seems to be quite difficult to turn the Max patch into a working Max for Live Device. I am aware that it is not possible to send and receive midi data at the same time in one Ableton Live track, and this seems to be one of the biggest problems here, but maybe you know a practicable way around it.

If you want to help me on this project and you are certain that you could rebuild the original Max patch into a fully functionable M4L device for the Livid Code, then I would be glad to offer you a fee for the hours you invested in this project.

If you live in Berlin, this would be a great plus, because we could meet and have a direct look at the device and the Live setup.

Summary:
- great Max Patch for Livid Code already exists
- turn this Max Patch into a M4L device with the same functionality
- you will get paid

I hope that some of you are interested in helping me. Suggestions, feedback, etc. are always welcome.

Best Wishes,
Simon
